Returns And Exchanges

It may happen that the product is damaged in transit, or what you receive may not be working. Because everything comes with a warranty, you can ship it back to us, using the original manufacturer packaging as much as possible and including all accessories.

An additional shipping envelope will be required. This depends on your country. Some post offices offer prepaid shipping envelopes for up to a certain weight (the weight of your product is mentioned on the manufacturer packaging).

We will strive to replace your faulty/damaged product within 30 days of us receiving it. In the event that a replacement is not easily available, owing to the model being discontinued and/or out of production, we will replace it with a unit of similar size, price and functionality.

For products that come with an international warranty, you may not need to return it back to us if there is a manufacturer-authorised service centre in your area. They can replace the unit / damaged part(s) faster, and in some cases on the same day itself. This usually carries no additional charge, except where the damage has been determined to be deliberate.

Products that have been damaged by the user cannot be exchanged. For all other cases, please contact our customer care team. They will tell you how you can exchange your product(s).
