There are three ways in which orders are shipped – Standard, Express, and Overnight.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

For orders placed within the United Kingdom

• All orders shipped using the Standard option are expected to be delivered within 5 business days. This is free.
• All orders shipped using the Express option are expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days.
• All orders shipped overnight are expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days.

For Express and Overnight shipping, additional charges are levied. This depends on the net weight of the consignment and will be intimated to you at the time of placing the order, so that you can choose the shipping option that suits you best.

For orders placed outside the United Kingdom

• All orders shipped using the Standard option are expected to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. This is free.
• All orders shipped using the Express option are expected to be delivered within 10 business days.
• All orders shipped overnight are expected to be delivered within 5 business days.

Royal Mail works with the state postal systems in other countries to ensure that your consignment reaches you on time. A tracking number will be provided, and this remains the same even when the consignment leaves the hands of Royal Mail for say, Deutsche Post in Germany (for delivery to a German address) or La Poste in France (for delivery to a French address).

All consignments are insured.

If you feel that the state postal system in your country is not reliable, we can arrange for it to be delivered via DHL, if the latter provides service coverage in your area. Additional charges apply.
