Cancellation Procedure

An order may be cancelled immediately within 4 hours of placing it. Only the payment gateway charges, amounting to 4% of the transaction, will be deducted.

  • Between 4 hours and 10 hours after the order has been placed, 25% of the transaction value will be deducted.
  • Between 10 hours and 12 hours after the order has been placed, 50% of the transaction value will be deducted.
  • The order typically ships within 12 hours of being placed.

After the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, we understand that there may be legitimate reasons why you could not cancel the order in time; such as you having selected the wrong product and realizing it only later, or there being a power outage in the area. In such instances, you can call us for cancelling the order. Alternatively, you may also write to us if the phone network is down and/or there are technical glitches that prevent you from cancelling the order. The time of your email will be used to determine the quantum of the deduction.

If the product has already shipped by the time we receive your email, we will send you an email outlining how you can return it without opening the package. In some countries, it is sufficient not to accept the package – it will be sent back to us and we can process your refund when we receive it.
