I cancelled an order. How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

You can expect the amount to be credited to your account within 48 hours.

It has been more than 48 hours, but the refund hasn’t been credited to my account. What can I do?

We suggest that you get in touch in your bank / financial institution at the earliest. As a matter of policy, we initiate all wire transfers with 48 hours of the refund request being approved. Any delays that occur do not happen at our end.

I returned an electronic product that was dead on arrival. Can I expect a new item or a refurbished one?

Since the product was returned unused, you are eligible for a new one.

I opted for Express shipping, but the product hasn’t reached me even after 10 business days. What can I do?

Unforeseen delays may occur during shipping. This may be due to inclement weather, political reasons, or terrorist attacks. In such events, we work closely with Royal Mail and/or the state postal network in your country to ensure that your consignment reaches you at the earliest.

An earthquake / flood / hurricane / tornado happened in my area and it got cut off. Can I still exchange my product after 30 days?

We value your business. In genuine circumstances such as these, we understand why you could not initiate the exchange within the stipulated time. We would be more than willing to make an exception. However, this is done on a case-by-case basis and cannot be claimed as a right.
