A major construction company with annual revenues of £78 million in northern England had been using Microsoft Exchange 2003 for ten years. Although it was state-of-the art at the time it was put into use, it was no longer as useful, not providing ‘on-the-go’ access to the company’s 180 employees.

Upgrading their hardware meant a large spend, so they contacted us. We were able to help them migrate to Office 365 (which has a built-in Exchange server) in just two weeks without any disruption to their business. We also helped them comply with the Government regulations that required them to archive all their previous emails.

We also assisted an university with 6,000 users (students, staff, employees, and other stakeholders) make a seamless transition to Office 365 and Oracle databases. They had installed a Mirapoint mail server in 2006. However, this was an email-only service and did not provide any calendaring functionality. Their database also now needed to be compliant with the latest clinical reporting regulations.

They did a cost analysis, and found it would cost them £390,000 to upgrade their hardware. We were able to help them save this by moving all their users to the cloud. We also saved them a further £6246 that they would otherwise have had to spend on annual maintenance fees.

For a manufacturing company, our implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM helped them increase their sales when their customers felt more understood with the new software.

Our social media management helped a major actor increase his following by 18.3 million. This represented a 46% increase in just six months.
